NEW – Updated with 2015 AHA Guidelines for CPR & ECC
Heartsaver CPR/AED is for anyone with limited or no medical training who want to learn CPR. A course completion card is available to individuals who need one to meet job, regulatory or other requirements. This course combines instruction of basic CPR skills with practice in using an AED.
This class is ideal for coaches, scouting leaders, workplace first responders, non-medical home health care workers, and others.
- Adult CPR and AED use
- Opioid-associated life-threatening emergencies
- Child CPR and AED use
- Infant CPR
- Adult, child, and infant choking
Skills are taught by combining live and video demonstrations with hands on practice. Classes are led by certified instructors who have real life experience. Students who successfully complete the skills assessment and multiple choice exam, will receive a course completion card valid for 2 years.
