The following courses are available for those looking for more in-depth education. These classes are for the experienced provider looking to improve recognition and assessment skills. All classes qualify for CME/CE credits and a certificate is available on successful completion of the course.
Unless noted, no skills session is required to complete the course.
Airway Management is a classroom-based program designed to give students the chance to learn, practice and demonstrate their ability in applying many airway skills used in resuscitation.
This class does not offer certification. It is designed for enhancing airway management skills.
Acute Stroke Online
An interactive, online course that provides training on the symptoms, diagnosis and management of ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke and complications of stroke. A classroom-based course designed designed to improve electrocardiogram (ECG) recognition skills and pharmacology knowledge for treating cardiovascular emergencies. Recommended for a pre-course preparation for ACLS. Also great for students needing to improve or refresh general ECG recognition and pharmacology knowledge.
Learn:® Rapid STEMI ID
This online course is for healthcare professionals looking to improve in the area of STEMI recognition and assessment skills. Students will be prepared to evaluate and assess patients with potential symptoms of myocardial infarction. They also learn to interpret ECGs for signs of STEMI (ST-elevation myocardial infarction) and activate a system of care for rapid reperfusion of an occluded coronary artery. Also recommended for healthcare professionals seeking to obtain continuing education credits (CE).
